Prior to his current role at INSUS Africa, Tonderai was the Technical Manager at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Zimbabwe (ICAZ). He is an Audit & Finance Professional recognized for consistently thinking outside the box. He possesses skills in Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, Leadership, External Audit, and the preparation of Audit Reports for various industries, including financial services, manufacturing, mining, NGOs among others.
