“I am excited to champion INPAS because its objectives align perfectly with the mission of the Philippine Council for NGO Certification, which has been advocating for financial accounting standards for NGOs in the Philippines since 2004. A harmonized, internationally recognized accounting standard for nonprofits is necessary in reinforcing credibility and trust in the sector. INPAS is not just an accounting standard. It will help nonprofits produce financial reports that tell the stories of their mission better, in a way that will be understood across borders.”
