Since 2020, he has been a partner at BEMS CONSULT Ltd, a firm based in Kinshasa, where he assists various international subsidiaries including international non-profit organisations in their compliance with international and local (OHADA) standards, providing tax advisory, and supporting the integration of sustainability aspects into corporate governance.

Mars MUKA is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, Australia. A recognized speaker and trainer, he participates in several international conferences and serves as a researcher in management sciences in Morocco and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
