Interested in shaping non-profit financial reporting globally? The INPRF is seeking additional members for its reconvened TAG!
About the TAG
The International Non-Profit Reporting Foundation (INPRF) Board of Trustees has reconvened the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) that formerly led the development of INPAS during the IFR4NPOs project, for the next phase of the INPAS journey.
The TAG will now be the primary technical body of the INPRF, with the Board of Trustees responsible for the oversight of due process and approval for publication of technical materials, based on TAG recommendations.
The TAG’s main responsibilities are to provide:
- advice to the INPRF Secretariat on the priority of emerging technical questions about non-profit financial reporting, the technical resolution of the questions and the mechanisms for addressing these; and
- technical recommendations to the Trustees about publication of proposed and final amendments to INPAS and Practice Guides and of supporting technical material.
Meetings are held virtually, generally on a quarterly basis.
The TAG consists of experts in non-profit financial reporting from a range of professional backgrounds and geographies. TAG members are volunteers, serving in an individual capacity. Terms for members of the reconvened TAG will range between two and three years, renewable for up to six years.
Jianqiao Lu, INPRF Trustee and former IASB member, has been appointed non-voting chair of the TAG, with an initial term of one year.
